Larger than their springbok cousins, the horns of the blesbok are not less striking. Their colour is not the uniform black of the springbok, but rather a unique blend of different colours. Measuring between 10-11 inches in length, shofarot from blesbok horns have a low, booming sound like that of a kudu horn. Thus, the blesbok combines the unique charm of the springbok horn with the commanding sound of the kudu.

Our Shofarot are hand made in small quantities and finished with a natural vegetable oil coating. We take care to boil our horns before production to ensure they are fully sterile and take every precaution to make sure they are 100% kosher.

Our signature natural finish retains the beauty of the horn while keeping it still somewhat smooth to the touch. Unlike other, mirror polished shofarot, you can see the grain, the imperfections, the ridges and valleys on every one of our shofarot.
