A mid sized antelope horn, our bushbuck shofars measure around 10 inches in length, roughly the same as their blesbok cousins. Their ridges, spanning the length of the horn, spiral round to create a mesmerizing and attractive appearance, not dissimilar to a goat horn. It has a higher pitch to our blesbok shofars (click here to listen), yet retains its rich tone.  

Our Shofarot are hand made in small quantities and finished with a natural vegetable oil coating. We take care to boil our horns before production to ensure they are fully sterile and take every precaution to make sure they are 100% kosher.

Our signature natural finish retains the beauty of the horn while keeping it still somewhat smooth to the touch. Unlike other, mirror polished shofarot, you can see the grain, the imperfections, the ridges and valleys on every one of our shofarot.

All our shofarot make perfects gitfts, be they wedding presents, bar/batmitzvah presents or any other special occasion.
